Cirrus Air Cushion Delivery Systems
Deliver Protective Air Cushions Exactly Where Your Packing Team Needs Them
Cirrus delivery systems connect inflatable packaging production with the packing bench. From a simple mobile machine stand to automatic storage, ergonomic dispensing and centralised multi-station supply, each configuration is designed to reduce replenishment, improve operator access and keep protective material ready to use.
Mobile Systems
Move cushion production between packing areas
Automatic Storage
Keep containers replenished using counters or sensors
Multi-Station Supply
Deliver material from one central production point
Why Use an Air Cushion Delivery System?
Keep Material Within Easy Reach — Position inflated cushioning where the operator needs it, reducing unnecessary walking, reaching and manual replenishment.
Make Better Use of Packing Space — Move the machine away from the immediate work surface or use overhead and side-mounted delivery arrangements where bench space is limited.
Automate Replenishment — Counter and sensor-controlled systems can start and stop cushion production automatically as stored material is used.
Scale With Packing Demand — Start with a mobile single-bench system and progress to centralised supply for several packing stations as volumes grow.

Ideal for E-Commerce, Fulfilment, Distribution, Manufacturing and Contract Packing
Delivery systems are selected around packing-station layout, available floor and overhead space, material consumption and the number of operators requiring cushioning.
Frequently Asked Questions
For a flexible single-bench setup, the Portable stand is usually the simplest option. EasyBox adds automatic storage, while FlexiBox improves how cushions are presented to the operator where floor or conveyor layout makes access more difficult.
EasyBox automatically fills a mobile storage container positioned at the packing area. FlexiBox adds an extendable, swivelling delivery duct so cushions can be presented more ergonomically from the side, behind the workstation or across a conveyor.
The Docking Station is suited to operations that want a central cushion-production point with removable storage containers. It can automatically replenish material and support several packing areas without placing a machine on every bench.
The Twister winds inflated cushioning into a compact roll directly at the machine. The finished roll can then be transported to another packing area or stored for later use.
The Cirrus Station uses a customisable pneumatic duct and overhead storage arrangement to deliver air cushions directly to an integrated packing bench. It is useful when work-surface space is limited or material needs to arrive from a remote production position.
Yes. The systems use modular components, allowing storage, sensor control and delivery arrangements to be adapted as packing volumes, workstation numbers or layout requirements change.
