Auto bagging materials are bags, films and printing consumables designed to feed consistently through automatic or semi-automatic bagging equipment. They include pre-opened auto bags, fan-folded mail bags, flexible bagging film and thermal transfer ribbons.

What is the difference between machine and hand stretch film?

Our auto bags and mail bags can be specified for machines from all major manufacturers. We will confirm the bag format, width, pitch, material and sealing requirements against your equipment before supply.

How do I choose the correct machine stretch film?

Yes. Bespoke bags can be printed with branding, instructions, recycling information or fixed product details. Variable information such as barcodes, addresses and batch codes can also be printed in-line where the equipment allows.

Can pallet wrap consumption be reduced?

Yes. Depending on the bagging machine and application, we can supply paper bags and polyethylene options containing recycled material. Suitability is confirmed against the required seal strength, product protection and production speed.

Can stretch film be recycled?

The correct thermal transfer ribbon depends on the printer, substrate, print speed and durability required. We can match the ribbon grade and dimensions to your printer and bag material.
